Ring Sizer
The most accurate way to work out your ring size is in person. If you live in Perth, please email hello@metalanddust.com.au to arrange a meeting to measure your ring size. Alternatively, you can visit a local jeweller in your area and ask them to measure your size or order a Metal and Dust ring sizer.
Ring Sizer
The Metal and Dust ring sizing kit provides an accurate method of working out your ring size prior to ordering. Included in the kit you will receive a ring sizing tool, instructions on how to measure your ring size and a return postage paid envelope.
Return for $6 Credit
Once you have measured your ring size and no longer need the ring sizer, you are encouraged to return it to be used again in an effort to reduce plastic waste. You will receive a $6 credit for returning the ring sizer, which can be applied to your next Metal and Dust order.
If you are unsure or would like help to determine the correct size, please email hello@metalanddust.com.au
Step 1: Measure the correct finger. Your size will vary from one finger to another and dominant hands are normally slightly larger.
Step 2: Put the end of the ring sizer through the ‘buckle’. Gently pull it through until you have a larger sized ring that you can easily put on the finger.
Step 3: Put the ring sizer over the chosen finder and gently pull tighter until you have a comfortable fit. Make sure it can move over the knuckle without too much effort.
Step 4: The arrow indicates the direction you should read the ring sizer. For most accurate sizing, we recommend taking the size that sits right up against the edge of the sliding ‘buckle’. For example, if the ‘buckle’ edge sits directly on the lines that intersect the ‘M’ cutting it in half, your size is ‘M’. If the edge of the sliding ‘buckle’ sits just after the letter, this indicates a half size. For example, the edge of the ‘buckle’ sits right at the edge of the ‘M’ but the ‘N’ is not yet visible, this indicates ‘M ½’.
