Metal and Dust Gift Cards are shipped via Priority Post (in Australia) within 2 days of ordering. If you need your gift card straight away, the digital option is recommended.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards may not be exchanged if lost or stolen. Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases prior to the expiry of the card. Any balance that remains on the card at expiry will not be available for use. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash change can be given.
Metal and Dust orders are slowly made by hand, one by one. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your order to be processed and made before shipment. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

This jewellery box is made from high quality materials and is designed to be re-used to keep your jewellery safe and secure.
If you do not wish to keep your jewellery box, you can return it in original condition (including the outer embossed cardboard box) for a $10 store credit. Contact hello@metalanddust.com.au for more information.
All remaining elements of Metal and Dust packaging are made from recycled or recyclable materials including shipping boxes, shipping labels, stickers and information cards. These items can all be placed in your curbside recycling bin.
